Island-wide reach.
Here are a few of the neighbors we've recently been able to help across the island.
Three phases. One result.
We prepare your home, build demand before it launches, then market it on every channel the moment it goes live.
Listing preparation
We get your home ready to make the strongest possible first impression.
Coming soon
We build interest among our buyers and agent network before your home reaches the open market.
Listing live
Full-court press marketing everywhere qualified buyers are searching.
Two campaigns, running side by side.
From the day your home launches, we market it to buyers and to the agents who represent them at the same time, so it reaches as many qualified buyers as possible.
Direct to buyers
Targeted digital ads, email and social campaigns put your home in front of active buyers.

- OverseasInternational buyers through global listing portals and syndication
Agent to agent

First impressions, done properly.
Most buyers meet your home online first. We make sure that first look gives them a reason to book a showing.
Photography
Top-tier photographers capture daytime, twilight and aerial images so your home stands out from the first scroll.
Staging
An in-house stager who works exclusively with our team selects distinctive pieces, styles each room and handles every detail.
Virtual tours
Guided video tours, virtual open houses, 3D staging and interactive digital brochures reach buyers wherever they are.
Video email
Animated, video-rich email campaigns and live postcards that get opened, watched and acted on.
Open houses
In-person and virtual open houses, with feedback shared with you after every one.
Technology
AI-assisted pricing and ad targeting, plus streamlined digital systems that keep the process simple for you.
A global network behind your home.
Real has joined with REMAX to form Real REMAX Group, one of the largest technology-driven real estate platforms in the world. Most homes are sold by a small group of top agents, and our network puts your home in front of them.
Agent matching
Real's network tool identifies agents who have recently sold homes like yours, so we can reach them directly.
Online buyer leader
We are one of the island's top teams for online buyer leads, with more Zillow connections than almost anyone on Oahu.
Active prospecting
Geographic farming, door knocking, reverse prospecting and direct outreach. Passive agents get passive results.
The first weeks matter most.
A new listing gets its heaviest buyer traffic in its first week, and interest fades with every week after. Priced well from day one, your home captures that attention. Priced too high, fewer buyers look, and newer listings take its place.
Priced to the market
More showings early, more competition between buyers and stronger negotiating leverage.
Priced above it
Fewer showings, longer time on market and price reductions that buyers notice.
Your questions, answered.
The questions sellers ask us most, answered here so our time together can focus on your pricing and plan.
How is commission handled?
Commission is agreed in writing in the listing agreement before any marketing begins. Compensation offered to a buyer's agent is set separately. We'll walk through your options clearly so you can decide what makes sense for your sale.
How long is the listing agreement, and can I cancel?
We never lock our clients into a contract, whether you're buying or selling (no handcuff contracts). The listing term is agreed together and written into the agreement, but if you're ever unhappy with our service, you're free to cancel. We'd rather earn your business every day than hold you to a piece of paper.
Do I need to make repairs or stage before listing?
Not always. We'll walk through your home and recommend only the improvements most likely to pay off, and tell you what's better left alone. Staging can be scaled to fit your home and your budget.
How do showings work? Do I need to leave?
Showings are scheduled in advance and coordinated by our team. We recommend you're away during showings so buyers feel comfortable, and we'll build a schedule around your household, pets and routines.
Will you hold open houses?
Yes, when it suits your home and you're comfortable with it. We hold in-person and virtual open houses and share feedback with you after each one.
How are offers handled?
We present every offer and compare price, financing, contingencies and timing side by side. Then we negotiate on your behalf for the strongest overall terms, not just the highest number on paper.
How will I stay updated?
Every week you'll receive a seller update covering your listing's online activity, showings, buyer and agent feedback, and the key performance metrics we track for every listing. You'll always know exactly how your home is performing, and you'll have a direct line to our team whenever you need us.
What is dual agency, and could it apply to me?
Dual agency happens when the same brokerage represents both you and the buyer in one transaction. Hawaii allows it only with the informed written consent of both parties. In that role we stay neutral: we can't advocate for one side against the other or share confidential information, such as your lowest acceptable price. We'll always tell you before a dual agency situation arises, and the choice is yours.
What if the buyer doesn't have a Realtor?
Some buyers come to the table without their own agent. In that case the buyer is treated as a customer rather than a client. We continue to represent you and your interests only, while dealing honestly with the buyer, providing required disclosures and keeping the transaction moving. This relationship is disclosed in writing so everyone knows where they stand.
When you hire one of us, you get all of us.
Let's build a plan to sell your home for the most, in the least amount of time.
